The Kissamos road in the Chania region of western Crete will be closed from Sunday through Tuesday due to asphalt resurfacing works. The closure was announced at a press conference held at Chania town hall earlier this week. Travelers heading to or from the town of Kissamos, including those visiting the Balos lagoon, Gramvousa, or the Falasarna beach area, should expect disruptions and plan alternative routes.
