The three-day event takes place at Plateia Katechaki, located within the historic Venetian Harbor area of Chania. Cretan gastronomy is the centerpiece of this year's edition, with local food producers, traditional dishes, and culinary experiences featured throughout the festival. Now in its fourth consecutive year, the event is dedicated to promoting alternative and experiential tourism across the region. Visitors staying in or around Chania during this period can attend the festival free of charge simply by heading to the Venetian Harbor. It offers a strong introduction to authentic Cretan cuisine and local culture in one of the island's most scenic settings.
