Unruly Passenger Arrested After Flight Diverts to Chania, Crete

A flight made an emergency diversion to Chania Airport (CHQ) in western Crete after an unruly passenger caused a disruption serious enough to require an unscheduled landing. Upon touchdown, airport police were waiting and arrested the individual, who continued to resist actively during the arrest. The incident occurred in the afternoon.
