Two Legends at This Year's Socca Festival

The TUI Socca Champions League and Socca Aegean Cup festival returns to Rethymno from October 15–20, 2026. Football legends Angelos Charisteas, scorer of Greece's historic Euro 2004 gold goal, and Takis Fysas, a key player in that championship team, will attend as ambassadors. This is the third consecutive year the festival takes place in Rethymno, establishing the city as a global center for mini football. The multi-generational festival includes competitions at club and national levels across all age groups.
