Platanias Hosts 2nd Annual Cretan Folk Music and Dance Festival

The Municipality of Platanias is hosting its 2nd Traditional Music and Dance Gathering on Wednesday, July 8, starting at 9:00 PM. The event takes place in the courtyard of the Church of Agia Triada in Gavalomoúri, a small village in the Voukolies area of western Crete. Now in its second year, the gathering brings together traditional folk associations performing Cretan music and dance.
