A Greek-flagged tourist vessel was immobilized due to a mechanical failure near Elounda, in the Lasithi region of eastern Crete. The Hellenic Coast Guard responded to the incident and ordered the boat to halt operations, prohibiting it from departing. All 31 passengers on board were safely disembarked.
