The series explores the history and identity of Greek communities that settled in the Caucasus region, offering insights into the broader Greek diaspora and cultural heritage. Lectures take place in western Crete, in the Alikianou and Kissamos areas, roughly 25 to 50 kilometers west of Chania. Visitors with an interest in Greek history, archaeology, or cultural studies are welcome to attend. Events of this kind are typically free or low-cost and open to the public.
