Forest Fire in Mavrata, Cephalonia - Firefighting Forces Reinforced

A forest fire broke out in the afternoon of Wednesday, March 25, in the Mavrata area of Cephalonia. Firefighting authorities have mobilized 48 firefighters with 12 vehicles, three mountain rescue teams from the 16th EMODE unit, volunteers, and an aircraft to contain and extinguish the blaze.
