Hellenic Air Force Brings F-16, F-35 Simulators to Sitia

The Hellenic Air Force is hosting a three-day public event in Sitia, a coastal town on the eastern tip of Crete, as part of its outreach program "We Are Coming." Organized in partnership with the Sitia Municipality, the event features F-16 and F-35 flight simulators open to both children and adults. Visitors can experience what it feels like to pilot a fighter jet without leaving the ground. The event takes place in Sitia town center and is free to attend. Sitia is approximately 100 km east of Heraklion, reachable by car in around 1.5 hours along the northern coastal road.
