The company Cretan Holidays has completed a 1.68 million euro renovation of the Venus 2 hotel in Hersonissos, officially upgrading the property to 4-star status. The investment has been certified complete with costs finalized, marking a notable addition to the accommodation options along Crete's popular north-central coast. Hersonissos, located approximately 25 kilometers east of Heraklion, is one of the island's busiest resort areas, well connected by road and close to Heraklion International Airport.
