Loggia to Anogeia Historic Route

A 7 km historic kalderimi (traditional stone-paved mule path) route from Loggia village to Anogeia, one of Crete's most famous mountain villages, known for its history of resistance and music. The old stone-paved sections are well-preserved. Best April to November. Carry 1.5 litres of water. Anogeia has restaurants and a weekly market. Data partially verified.
