Kissamos Castle Hike

A flat 3 km heritage walk around the town of Kissamos in northwest Crete, visiting the Venetian/Turkish castle ruins, the archaeological museum (Roman mosaics), and the old harbour. Entirely paved and easy. Best all year. Cafes and restaurants throughout the town. An excellent half-day activity combined with the ferry to Gramvoussa and Balos.
