A flat 5 km heritage walk along the waterfront of Ierapetra, the southernmost city in Europe, passing the Venetian fortress, Ottoman mosque, and traditional Cretan houses. Entirely paved and accessible. Cafes and restaurants along the entire route. Best all year round — pleasant even in winter. Ideal for families or those wanting a gentle introduction to Cretan history.
