Closing Ceremony of the Traditional Strata
The closing ceremony of the 2026 Traditional Strata takes place on Monday, 28 September, at 19:30 at the Promachonas Agiou Nikolaou (Fortezza) in the Venetian Harbor of Chania. The event celebrates World Tourism Day and features an awards ceremony for Traditional Associations' leaders. The Cretan Music Association will present 'Sounds of Crete,' a musical performance showcasing traditional Cretan instruments and the living cultural heritage of the island.
