Tribute to Ennio Morricone at Eastern Moat Theater

A tribute concert featuring the renowned Italian composer Ennio Morricone's most famous film scores will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 21:00 at the Theater of Eastern Moat in Chania. The concert showcases melodies from films including "Cinema Paradiso," "The Mission," "A Fistful of Dollars," "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly," and others. The female orchestra "Le Muse" from Italy and soprano Sussana Rigacci, who accompanied Morricone for 20 years, will perform. Images and scenes from classic films by Sergio Leone, Federico Fellini, Giuseppe Tornatore, and Francis Ford Coppola will be projected during the performance.
