2nd Fountains Festival - Voulismeni Lake
The 2nd Fountains Festival culminates with a major concert by Vasilis Skula, a prominent representative of Cretan musical tradition. On Wednesday, September 30, 2026, Voulismeni Lake becomes the setting for this closing event, dedicated to Cretan music, dance, and tradition.
The evening begins at 20:00 with a musical walk from the Lake Fountain, creating a special musical journey through the city, and peaks at 21:00 with Skula's concert at Voulismeni Lake. He is joined by traditional musicians with lyre and lute. The Giannikos-Tambakaki Dance School and Krousta Cultural Association also participate, adding their touch to this celebration.
