Child Critically Injured After Falling Into Ravine in Eastern Crete

A serious accident occurred in the Lasithi region of eastern Crete when an 11-year-old child fell into a six-meter ravine and sustained severe injuries. The child was taken to Agios Nikolaos General Hospital, where a radiologist came in off-schedule to assist with the emergency care. Agios Nikolaos is the main hospital serving the Lasithi prefecture.
