A dangerous driving incident was reported on the Chania Airport road, one of the busiest routes in western Crete. A tanker truck driver was filmed aggressively overtaking other vehicles, using headlights and horn repeatedly to force passage through traffic. The footage, shared online, shows the maneuver taking place on a stretch of road heavily used by tourists traveling to and from Chania International Airport (Ioannis Daskalogiannis). Tourists driving this route should be aware that large commercial vehicles, including fuel tankers, share the road with airport traffic.
