Keramia War Collection

At an altitude of 450 m, 14 km south of the city of Chania , there is the settlement of Achlades , a small hamlet with a very few residents. At this hamlet, in a small plateau with nice view, and in a small tavern, the private military collection of Kostas Mavrigiannakis is hosted.

The collection includes mainly weapons dating back from 1856. In the surrounding area you can visit monumental olive trees and walk inside the gorge of Saint George starting from Aletrouvari .
