Saint Anthony church at Episkopi

The church of Saint Anthony (Agios Antonios) at Episkopi , province Pediada , is located in a beautiful square with pine trees at the east part of the old village. It is a small single-nave vaulted church bearing parts of frescoes.

The frescoes of this temple are considered some of the most important samples of the Palaeologan Art of the late 14th and early 15th century that have survived in Crete.
