The 17th Festival of Flavors and Arts returns to Kissamos this summer, running from August 16 to 24, 2026. Now in its 17th edition, this annual event celebrates local Cretan cuisine and traditional arts in the coastal town of Kissamos, located on the western tip of Crete in the Chania regional unit. The festival brings together food producers, artisans, and cultural performers, offering visitors a chance to sample regional dishes and witness traditional crafts firsthand. Kissamos is roughly 45 kilometers west of Chania city, accessible by bus or car along the E75 highway. Those interested in participating as vendors or exhibitors can submit applications between June 29 and August 12.
