A 51-year-old Pakistani man was arrested at his home on the evening of March 25. Over 7,000 euros in profits from smuggled cigarette packs were seized.
The arrest was made in Heraklion, and the suspect is believed to have been involved in the illegal trade of cigarettes.
The authorities are continuing their investigation into the matter.
