Cretan Rockrose and Carob Honey Receive Official Certification

Researchers at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania (MAICH) have completed a study to identify and certify two distinctive types of honey produced in Western Crete: kalokeimithia (rockrose) honey and carob honey.
