Mavrogiannis Gorge (Skinias)

Gorge Mavrogiannis or Skinias starts its course from the area of the village Skinias (in Mirabello province) and ends after a serpentine route at the beautiful beach Avlaki in Vlychadia . It is a dry canyon with awesome rock formations along it.

The gorge carries water from the area of Areti monastery , however it's almost always dry.
