Anemertia beach at Koufonissi

The beautiful beachfront facing east and extending from the northernmost point of Koufonisi to the small well beneath the guard house of the island and the temple of Saint Nicholas is called Anemertia . Anemertia's northern part is sandy, while the south is mainly rocky.

In the middle lies a small clump of tamarisk trees, a small shack, and a small pier.
