Chania-based painter Kostas Spanakis opens his new exhibition "POPeye" on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 20:30 at the Megalo Arsenali (Great Arsenal) in Chania. The show is a mini retrospective featuring 12 of his most recent works. Spanakis is a well-known local artist, and this exhibition is a good opportunity for visitors to engage with contemporary Cretan visual art in one of Chania's most striking historical venues.
