A new analysis reveals stark regional disparities in real estate wealth across the country, with Attica dominating as the nation's most property-rich region.
Leading the country, Attica boasts 2,560,738 property owners with combined holdings worth €412.63 billion. At the opposite end of the spectrum, Western Macedonia has the smallest property base, with just 185,365 owners managing real estate valued at €10.35 billion. Crete's substantial property portfolio places it as a significant player in Greece's real estate landscape.
